Uniform Statewide Tribal Gaming Regulations. (a) Uniform Statewide Tribal Gaming Regulations CGCC-1, CGCC-2, CGCC-7, and CGCC-8 (as in effect on the date the parties execute this Compact), adopted by the State Gaming Agency and approved by the Association, shall apply to the Gaming Operation until amended or repealed, without further action by the State Gaming Agency, the Tribe, the Tribal Gaming Agency or the Association.
