Common use of Uniforms and Boots Clause in Contracts

Uniforms and Boots. Annually, employees shall be provided with five (5) uniforms or four (4) uniforms and one set of coveralls and shall wear said uniforms while working as an employee. Additionally, employees shall be provided with rain gear (boots, raincoat, rain pants) as necessary and a jacket in school years that begin with even numbers. In lieu of rain gear, an employee may request one pair of insulated bib overalls. Employees shall be reimbursed up to two hundred dollars ($200.00) one time each school year for the purchase of appropriate work boots.
