UNIFORMS AND EQUIPMENT Section 1. Sworn employees of the Sheriff’s Office who are assigned to positions requiring a uniform shall receive Agency-provided uniforms and accessories in accordance with Agency policy at no cost to the employee. Uniforms worn out through normal use shall be replaced by the Sheriff’s Office as determined and approved by the supply staff. Section 2. Employees shall be permitted to purchase additional approved uniform pieces, excluding badges, from the Purchasing and Materials Division, provided sufficient quantities are on hand to cover the normal, required provision of uniforms to employees as per Section 1 above. Employees must pay for these items at the time of purchase or order. Section 3. Employees assigned to uniformed positions shall be eligible to receive a uniform maintenance allowance in the amount of $150 per year provided the employee spent at least 182 days of the calendar year in a uniform assignment. This allowance will be paid to all eligible employees in the last paycheck of the calendar year each December during the term of this Agreement. Section 4. The Sheriff’s Office shall issue body armor to employees and replace same in accordance with General Order 5-1. Section 5. In the event an employee leaves the employ of the Sheriff’s Office, he shall return to the Sheriff’s Office all equipment, uniforms and accessories, including those personally purchased by the employee in accordance with Section 2 above. Section 6. Employees whose prescription eyeglasses, contact lenses, hearing aids or watches are lost, damaged, or destroyed in the line of duty, except in cases where employee negligence caused or contributed to same, will be reimbursed for repair or replacement subject to the criteria detailed below. The Sheriff’s Office shall not reimburse for any other personal property lost, damaged or destroyed in the line of duty. The maximum reimbursement for prescription eyeglasses or hearing aids is the actual cost to repair or replace the item or $150, whichever is less. The maximum reimbursement for contact lenses or watches is the actual cost to repair or replace the item or $50, whichever is less. Requests for reimbursement for the personal property shall be made in writing to the employee’s immediate supervisor during the work shift in which the article of personal property was lost, damaged or destroyed. Except in cases of loss or when an item is repairable, the item for which reimbursement is sought should be turned in along with the written request for reimbursement. To aid in establishing the amount to be reimbursed, the employee will be required to provide to the Sheriff’s Office the receipt for the repair or replacement prior to reimbursement which must be approved by the Sheriff or his designee.
Uniforms The Employer shall supply and maintain uniforms for employees who are required to wear same.
Use of Names and Logos It is expressly understood that the names “DoubleLine” and “DoubleLine Capital” or any derivation thereof, or any logo associated with those names, are the valuable property of the Manager and its affiliates, and in certain cases are protected under applicable trademark law. The Fund shall have the limited right to use such names (or derivations thereof or associated logos) only so long as the Manager shall consent and this Agreement shall remain in effect. Upon reasonable notice from the Manager to the Fund or upon termination of this Agreement, the Fund shall forthwith cease to use such names (or derivations thereof or associated logos) and shall promptly amend its Agreement and Declaration of Trust and other public documents to change its name accordingly. The covenants on the part of the Fund in this Section 9 shall be binding upon it, its Trustees, officers, stockholders, creditors and all other persons claiming under or through it, and shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
Uniforms and Protective Clothing 33.1 Where the employer requires an employee to wear a uniform, it shall be provided free of charge, but shall remain the property of the employer. 33.2 Suitable protective clothing shall be provided at the employer's expense where the duty involves a risk of excessive soiling or damage to uniforms or personal clothing or a risk of injury to the employee.
DRESS 6.1 Players shall be required to provide and wear their own playing shirts for the Event (“Event Shirts”); which must be worn throughout the Event and in any promotional work associated to the Event with dark smart trousers and plain black shoes/smart black sneakers. No waistcoats (vests), bow ties, denim jeans, t-shirts, jackets or sports shoes will be permitted. a) The Player will be entitled to wear a maximum of 4 (four) logos (for their own benefit and remuneration) on their Event Shirts ("Player Logos") throughout the Event. Player Logos must not exceed 7.5 cm x 5 cm (3” x 2”) or 6 square inches and shall not be permitted to be positioned on the left-chest of each Players Event Shirt or above or below the Event Logo. The Player shall submit to the Promoter no later than 1 (one) week before the first day of the Event details of the Player Logo’s for approval; b) Player logos shall include all logo’s, for the avoidance of doubt logos of federation’s and billiards clubs shall be included in the 4 logos permitted. Player country flags and names shall not be included as a logo; c) the Promoter shall have absolute discretion to disallow a Player the wearing of any Logo that, in the opinion of the Promoter, conflicts with the Event, Promoter, Sponsors, Broadcasters of the Event; d) the Promoter shall reserve the right, to be exercised in its sole discretion, to require the Player to display in addition to the above, a minimum of 1 (one) logo on the Event Shirts to be positioned as instructed by the Promoter for the sole use and exploitation by the Promoter (“Event Logo”); e) the purpose of this clause is not to act as an unfair restraint of trade or otherwise prevent the Player from earning a living.
Keys and Locks Landlord will furnish Tenant, free of charge, two keys to each door or lock in the Premises. Landlord may make a reasonable charge for any additional or replacement keys. Tenant will not duplicate any keys, alter any locks or install any new or additional lock or bolt on any door of its Premises or on any other part of the Building without the prior written consent of Landlord and, in any event, Tenant will provide Landlord with a key for any such lock. On the termination of the Lease, Tenant will deliver to Landlord all keys to any locks or doors in the Building which have been obtained by Tenant.
Use of Name and Logo The Trust agrees that it shall furnish to the Manager, prior to any use or distribution thereof, copies of all prospectuses, statements of additional information, proxy statements, reports to stockholders, sales literature, advertisements, and other material prepared for distribution to stockholders of the Trust or to the public, which in any way refer to or describe the Manager or which include any trade names, trademarks or logos of the Manager or of any affiliate of the Manager. The Trust further agrees that it shall not use or distribute any such material if the Manager reasonably objects in writing to such use or distribution within five (5) business days after the date such material is furnished to the Manager. The Manager and/or its affiliates own the names "Sierra", "Composite" and any other names which may be listed from time to time on a Schedule B to be attached hereto that they may develop for use in connection with the Trust, which names may be used by the Trust only with the consent of the Manager and/or its affiliates. The Manager, on behalf of itself and/or its affiliates, consents to the use by the Trust of such names or any other names embodying such names, but only on condition and so long as (i) this Agreement shall remain in full force, (ii) the Fund and the Trust shall fully perform, fulfill and comply with all provisions of this Agreement expressed herein to be performed, fulfilled or complied with by it, and (iii) the Manager is the manager of each Fund of the Trust. No such name shall be used by the Trust at any time or in any place or for any purposes or under any conditions except as provided in this section. The foregoing authorization by the Manager, on behalf of itself and/or its affiliates, to the Trust to use such names as part of a business or name is not exclusive of the right of the Manager and/or its affiliates themselves to use, or to authorize others to use, the same; the Trust acknowledges and agrees that as between the Manager and/or its affiliates and a Fund or the Trust, the Manager and/or its affiliates have the exclusive right so to use, or authorize others to use, such names, and the Trust agrees to take such action as may reasonably be requested by the Manager, on behalf of itself and/or its affiliates, to give full effect to the provisions of this section (including, without limitation, consenting to such use of such names). Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Trust agrees that, upon (i) any violation of the provisions of this Agreement by the Trust or (ii) any termination of this Agreement, by either party or otherwise, the Trust will, at the request of the Manager, on behalf of itself and/or its affiliates, made within six months after such violation or termination, use its best efforts to change the name of the Trust so as to eliminate all reference, if any, to such names and will not thereafter transact any business in a name containing such names in any form or combination whatsoever, or designate itself as the same entity as or successor to an entity of such names, or otherwise use such names or any other reference to the Manager and/or its affiliates, except as may be required by law. Such covenants on the part of the Trust shall be binding upon it, its Trustees, officers, shareholders, creditors and all other persons claiming under or through it. The provisions of this section shall survive termination of this Agreement.
Agreement to Use Electronic Signatures I agree, and it is my intent, to sign this Contract by accessing State of Indiana Supplier Portal using the secure password assigned to me and by electronically submitting this Contract to the State of Indiana. I understand that my signing and submitting this Contract in this fashion is the legal equivalent of having placed my handwritten signature on the submitted Contract and this affirmation. I understand and agree that by electronically signing and submitting this Contract in this fashion I am affirming to the truth of the information contained therein. Insignia On or prior to the Delivery Date, or as soon as practicable thereafter, Lessee agrees to affix and maintain (or cause to be affixed and maintained), at its expense, in the cockpit of the Airframe adjacent to the airworthiness certificate therein and on each Engine a nameplate bearing the inscription: Leased From First Security Bank, National Association, as Owner Trustee, Lessor and, for so long as the Airframe and each Engine shall be subject to the Lien of the Trust Indenture, bearing the following additional inscription: Mortgaged To State Street Bank and Trust Company, as Indenture Trustee (such nameplate to be replaced, if necessary, with a nameplate reflecting the name of any successor Lessor or successor Indenture Trustee, in each case as permitted under the Operative Documents). Except as above provided, Lessee will not allow the name of any Person to be placed on the Airframe or on any Engine as a designation that might be interpreted as a claim of ownership; provided that nothing herein contained shall prohibit Lessee (or any Sublessee) from placing its customary colors and insignia on the Airframe or any Engine.
RIGHT TO USE NAME The Adviser warrants that each Fund’s name is not deceptive or misleading and that the Adviser has rights to any distinctive name used by a Fund. Any concern regarding copyright, trademark, or patent infringement with respect to the name used by a Fund managed by the Adviser shall be resolved by the Adviser. Each Fund acknowledges that its use of any distinctive name is derivative of its relationship with the Adviser. Each Fund may use the name connected with the Adviser or any name derived from or using the name of the Fund managed by the Adviser only for so long as this Agreement or any extension, renewal or amendment hereof remains in effect. Within sixty (60) days from such time as this Agreement shall no longer be in effect, the Trust and Fund shall cease to use such a name or any other name connected with the Adviser. It is understood and hereby agreed that the name “Advisor Managed Portfolios” is the property of the Trust for copyright and all other purposes. The Adviser undertakes and agrees that, in the event that the Adviser shall cease to act as investment adviser to the Fund, the Adviser shall promptly take all necessary and appropriate action to discontinue use of the Trust’s name and will further refrain from using the Trust’s name; provided, however, that the Adviser may continue to use the Trust’s name for the sole purpose of identifying the Trust as an account formerly managed by the Adviser or as otherwise consented to by the Trust in writing prior to such use. It is additionally understood and hereby agreed that the name or any reasonable derivation of the same, is the property of the Adviser for copyright and all other purposes. The Trust undertakes and agrees that, in the event that the Adviser shall cease to act as investment adviser to the Funds, the Trust shall promptly take all necessary and appropriate action to discontinue use of the Adviser’s name and will further refrain from using the Adviser’s name; provided, however, that the Trust may continue to use the Adviser’s name for the sole purpose of identifying the Trust as an account formerly managed by the Adviser or as otherwise consented to by the Adviser in writing prior to such use.
