Common use of Union Activities During Working Hours Clause in Contracts

Union Activities During Working Hours. There shall be no Union activities during working hours which interfere with the duties of any employee, unless permission is first obtained from the employee's immediate supervisor, such permission will not be unreasonably withheld at any time and all such time off during an employee's working hours shall be without loss of pay. Such activities shall be limited to those required for the administration and application of the terms of this Agreement.
