Union Activities on Employer’s Time and Premises. 14.2.1 The Employer agrees that during working hours, on the Employer’s premises and without loss of pay, President, Vice-President and/or Secretary/Treasurer shall be allowed to: 14.2.2 The Employer agrees to allow the Union to furnish and maintain suitable bulletin boards, not to exceed 3x4 feet, for use by the Union in the following locations: Utility Building (break room), Parks Maintenance Shop (above desk, west wall), Parks Office, Wastewater Treatment Plant (break room), Water Department Well House #1, Building Department (beneath clock, south wall), City Hall (break room, garage). All materials concerning representational activities of the Local may be posted and shall be date stamped. The Union shall be responsible for monitoring and removing material not approved by the Local. Bulletin boards shall not be posted in public meeting areas.
