Common use of Union-Employer Health and Safety Committee Clause in Contracts

Union-Employer Health and Safety Committee. Health and Safety Committee: "A joint Health and Safety Committee shall be formed of two (2) representatives of the Employer and two (2) representatives appointed by the Union. The Committee shall meet in accordance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act or more frequently, if necessary.
