Common use of – Union Establishment Clause in Contracts

– Union Establishment. 2.01 The Company agrees to retain in its employ within the bargaining unit as outlined in Article 1 of this Agreement only members of the Union in good standing. The Company shall be free to hire or rehire new employees who are not members of the Union provided said non-members, whether part-time or full-time shall be eligible for membership in the Union and shall make application on the official membership application form within ten (10) calendar days from date of hire or rehire and become members within thirty
