Common use of Union Indemnification Clause in Contracts

Union Indemnification. The Union shall indemnify, defend, and hold the Employer harmless against any claim, demand, suit or liability arising from any action taken by the Employer in complying with this Article. If an incorrect deduction is made, the Union shall refund any such amount directly to the involved employee.
