Union-Library Safety Committee. A Health and Safety Committee shall be established and composed of three (3) representatives appointed by the Library, and three (3) representatives of the Union. The Library shall be responsible for the total operating costs of the Committee, including the normal wages of employees while engaged in committee duties.
