Union/Management Committee. (a) The parties agree to establish a union/management committee composed of two union representatives and two representatives of the Employer, unless otherwise agreed between the Union and the Employer. There shall be an equal number of union and employer representatives. (b) The Committee shall meet at the call of either party at a mutually agreeable time and place. Employees shall be granted leave without loss of pay or receive regular straight-time wages for time spent attending meetings of the Committee. (c) An employer representative and a union representative shall alternate in presiding over the meetings. (d) The Committee shall not have jurisdiction over any matter of collective bargaining including the administration of this agreement.
