Common use of Union/Management Committee Clause in Contracts

Union/Management Committee. a. In order to further the aims of the enterprise, the parties agree to schedule Union-Management meetings once every three (3) months or as required during the life of this Agreement. The meeting shall serve as a forum for discussion and consultation about policies and practices not necessarily covered by the Collective Agreement. The areas for discussion shall include but not be limited to: i. safety measures; ii. hiring policies; iii. training and promotion iv. matters that affect the working conditions of the employees.
