Common use of Union Minority Report Clause in Contracts

Union Minority Report. ‌ In the event that the Union disagrees with a recommendation from the Training Committee to the OHCC and/or to the DD/MH-C, the Union will be invited to submit a “minority report” for consideration by the Commission and/or the DD/MH-C.
