Union Obligation. In the event the University decides that certain employees’ conduct constitutes a violation of paragraph 49 and notifies the Union of such determination the Union will forthwith issue a public statement directing each employee to cease such conduct. If the Union complies with the terms of this paragraph it shall not be liable for any violation of paragraph 48 by the employees.
