UNION OR UNIVERSITY MAY INITIATE GRIEVANCE. The Union and its representatives shall have the right to initiate a grievance on behalf of an employee, or group of employees, and to seek adjustment with the University in the manner provided in the Grievance Procedure. Such a grievance shall commence at Step 3. The University shall have the right to initiate a grievance with respect to actions of the Union, an officer or a member(s) at Step 3.
