Common use of UNION PRIVILEGES Clause in Contracts

UNION PRIVILEGES. ‌ 8.01 Authorized representatives of the Union shall be entitled to visit this store covered by this Agreement for the purpose of observing working conditions, interviewing members and ensuring that the terms of this Agreement are being implemented. 8.02 The Owner agrees to provide a bulletin board in a satisfactory place and agrees that the Union may post notices on such boards subject to the review and 8.03 The Owner agrees to recognize a committee comprised of representatives of the employees (up to two [2]), designated by the Union, for the purposes of collective bargaining with the Owner. The Committee will be afforded reasonable time off with pay to attend such meetings. 8.04 The Employer agrees to notify the Union of the time, date and location of any formal return to work meeting held with an employee regarding workplace accommodation. The Union representative or designate may attend such meeting.
