The Board of Trustees of Community Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Xx. 000, Xxxxxx xx Xxxx, State of Illinois, recognizes the City Colleges Police Officers Association (CCPOA); a chapter of the Xxxx County College Teachers Union, Local 1600, IFT/AFT, AFL-CIO, as the exclusive bargaining representative for all Security Officers, Security Assistants (formerly known as “Security Aides”), Leads, and Security Secretaries, excluding Chief of Security, Security Directors, Assistant Security Directors, Security Liaisons, Supervisors, Confidential Employees, Managerial Employees and Students, and all of the employees excluded under the Illinois Educational Labor Relations Act (hereinafter referred to as the “IELRA”) in matters regarding salaries, fringe benefits, and working conditions.
