Released Time for Meetings. Whenever any member of the Association is mutually scheduled by the parties to participate during working hours in negotiations, grievance proceedings, conferences or meetings, he shall suffer no loss in pay and/or benefits.

However, meetings shall be scheduled in such a manner as to minimize the loss of scheduled work time.

When any representative of the Association, or any teacher, is mutually scheduled by the parties to participate during working hours in negotiations, grievance proceedings, conferences or meetings, he/she will suffer no loss in pay. The parties may mutually agree to meet at other times.
