Union-Administration Meetings. The Board and the Union encourage and favor periodic meetings between the Presidents of the respective Colleges and Union Chapter officers and similar meetings of the Chancellor and the executive officers of the Union to discuss mutual problems not concerned with specific grievances but with the overall relationships between the parties to this Agreement. At least one of these meetings shall be held each semester between the College President and his staff at each College and Union Chapter officers for the purpose of promoting better understanding of the Agreement. Similarly, at least one meeting shall be held each semester between the Chancellor and the executive officers of the Union to promote better understanding of the Agreement. Such meetings shall be arranged as required by applicable circumstances at the mutual convenience of the Board and Union representatives concerned. The Chancellor or his designee shall meet with no more than five representatives of the Union within twenty-four (24) hours at the request of either party to discuss matters relating to this Agreement. The President of each College and the Chapter Executive Committee shall meet within twenty-four (24) hours at the request of either party during the academic year to consult on questions relating to this Agreement. The Chancellor and the Union President shall meet on a regular basis once each month to discuss matters that are subject to collective bargaining and that will further the educational goals of the Colleges.

Union-Administration Meetings. (Full-Time and Part-Time)‌ Upon the request of either party, the Union and the Board or their designee(s) shall meet to discuss matters of mutual concern. The party requesting the meeting shall submit a written agenda of the items it wishes to discuss at least two (2) working days prior to the date of the meeting. Union member(s) will notify immediate supervisor(s) in advance of such meetings. This section shall not be applicable to any matter currently under negotiations or that is the subject of a grievance that is being processed pursuant to the grievance procedure set forth in this Agreement. Time spent in Union/Administration meetings shall be reflected on individual time sheets.

The President or his designee of each College and the Union shall meet with seven (7) school days notice at the request of either party to consult on mutual problems relating to this Agreement.

Union-Administration Meetings. The representatives of the Union and the Central Administration agree to meet periodically during the term of this Agreement for the purpose of discussing concerns and maintaining open communication. Meetings shall be held with reasonable notice stating a tentative agenda of items to be discussed. It is further agreed that representatives of the Union may request, and the Administration will agree, to meet semi-annually (October and April) with the Administration to review and make recommendations on the following programs:

  • Union/Management Meetings ‌ The Union Committee and the Senior Union Official of the Union, or her/his representative, shall, as occasion warrants, meet with the Committee on Labour Relations for the purpose of discussing and negotiating a speedy settlement of any grievance or dispute arising between the Employer and the employee concerned, including possible re-negotiations relative to this Agreement and the Schedules which are a part hereof. However, except for renegotiations of Agreements, these matters shall be introduced to such meetings only after the established grievance procedure has been followed. Grievances of a general nature may be initiated by a member of the Union Committee in step two of the grievance procedure outlined in Article 9.04.

  • Association Meetings A. The Association shall have the right to use school facilities for meetings without cost after the regular students' school day.

  • Grant Administration The Centre will make payments to the Recipient according to the schedule set forth in Part 3 - Schedule of Project Milestones, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. The Recipient agrees that the payment of any Centre Funds under this Agreement is subject to its compliance with the conditions set out in this Agreement, including all attachments, as may be amended from time to time by the parties.
