UNION RECOGNITION AND SECURITY. 3.01 The Corporation agrees to recognize the Union as the sole collective bargaining agent for all employees covered by this Agreement in respect to hours of work, salaries and working conditions. The President of Local 251 may, at his/her discretion, attend all meetings between the Corporation and the Union.
