Common use of Union Recognition, Bargaining Unit Clause in Contracts

Union Recognition, Bargaining Unit. The Employer hereby recognizes the Union as 25 the sole and exclusive bargaining agent with respect to wages, hours and other terms and 26 conditions of employment, as provided by the State Employment Relations Act, for all full-time 27 and regular part-time employees employed in the Sheriff's Office occupying the position of 28 communication technician, excluding all casual part-time, seasonal and temporary employees.
