Common use of Union Seminars Clause in Contracts

Union Seminars. Leave without pay may be granted to employees who are absent for the purpose of attending union seminars, training and schools. The Union shall give as much notice as possible and it is understood that the number of delegates from one school or department shall not hinder the work to be done. Such leaves will not be unreasonably denied.
