Common use of UNION SHOP CARDS Clause in Contracts

UNION SHOP CARDS. It will be the duty of the Employer to prominently display union shop cards or decals in or on the establishment in view of the public in mutually agreed locations wherein union members are employed. These cards and/or decals shall remain property of the union and the Employer shall have their usage only until such time as the Union shall request their return. The Employer agrees to surrender same immediately upon demand by the Union.
