Common use of Union Xxxxxxx Representation Clause in Contracts

The Employer agrees that a Union Xxxxxxx system exists for employee representation available to all employees covered by this Agreement and also agrees to respect that when the employee is acting in his/her role of Xxxxxxx, the relationship is different than that of supervisor and employee.

In order to be able to effectively carry out their duties as Union Stewards, all Stewards shall have access to the appropriate equipment and space in order to be able to communicate privately and safely with the employee.
