Union Xxxxxxx to Acquaint. A Union Xxxxxxx shall interview each new employee within regular working hours, without loss of pay to Xxxxxxx or employee, for the purposes of acquainting the new employee with the benefits and duties of Union membership and to provide the employee with a copy of the Collective Agreement. The length of the interview shall be kept to a reasonable time (e.g. one-half hour to an hour).
