Leave With or Without Pay for Other Reasons At its discretion, the Employer may grant:
District’s Sole Discretion District in its sole discretion may terminate this Contract for any reason on 30 days’ written notice to Contractor.
Working Alone or in Isolation The Occupational Health and Safety Committee shall have the mandate to review procedures established by the Employer for checking the well-being of employees working alone or in isolation under conditions which present a risk of disabling injury where the employee might not be able to secure assistance in the event of injury. The Committee shall have the right to make recommendations to the Employer regarding such procedures.
Determine Whether the Entity Is a Specified U.S. Person a) Review information maintained for regulatory or customer relationship purposes (including information collected pursuant to AML/KYC Procedures) to determine whether the information indicates that the Account Holder is a U.S. Person. For this purpose, information indicating that the Account Holder is a U.S. Person includes a U.S. place of incorporation or organization, or a U.S. address.
Passive NFFE A “Passive NFFE” means any NFFE that is not (i) an Active NFFE, or (ii) a withholding foreign partnership or withholding foreign trust pursuant to relevant U.S. Treasury Regulations.
No Investment in Iran As required by IC 5-22-16.5, the CONSULTANT certifies that the CONSULTANT is not engaged in investment activities in Iran. Providing false certification may result in the consequences listed in IC 5-22-16.5-14, including termination of this Contract and denial of future state contracts, as well as an imposition of a civil penalty.
- Restriction In Interest f. In the event there is any restriction in interest on the Property it is the duty of the Purchaser to comply with the restriction in interest and ensure that the sale is completed on or before the Completion Date subject to other provisions in these Conditions of Sale. - Foreign Citizen / Company
Leave for Other Reasons At the discretion of the Employer, special leave with pay may be granted:
Discretion 12.1 May not allow card transactions Without prejudice to any of our rights and remedies, we are entitled to, at any time in our reasonable discretion and without giving any reason or notice, refuse to approve any proposed card transaction notwithstanding that the current balance, if the proposed card transaction was debited to the card account, would not have exceeded the combined credit limit.
Nonsupplanting Grant funds may be used to supplement existing, new or corresponding programming and related activities. Grant funds may not be used to supplant (replace) existing funds in place to support current programs and related activities.
