Common use of Unique Services Clause in Contracts

Unique Services. Executive recognizes that the services to be rendered by him pursuant to this Agreement are of a character giving them peculiar value, the loss of which cannot be adequately compensated for in damages, and in the event of a breach of this Agreement by Executive, the Company shall be entitled to equitable relief by way of injunction in addition to any other legal or equitable remedies available to it.

Executive recognizes hereby represents and agrees that the services to be rendered by him pursuant to performed under the terms of this Agreement are of a special, unique, unusual, extraordinary, and intellectual character giving that gives them a peculiar value, the loss of which cannot be reasonably or adequately compensated for in damagesdamages in any action at law. Executive, therefore, expressly agrees that the Corporation, in addition to any rights or remedies that the Corporation might possess, shall be entitled to injunctive and in the event of other equitable relief to prevent or remedy a breach of this Agreement by Executive, the Company shall be entitled to equitable relief by way of injunction in addition to any other legal or equitable remedies available to it.
