SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT. Acceptance testing aims to verify the functioning and compliance of the Specific Development with its Specifications. The tests performed during this phase may be functional or technical. They are conducted by the Client, based on test sets and test scenarios made by the Client and sent to HARDIS GROUP one (1) week before the start of test operations. Only an Anomaly preventing the full operation of the Specific Development may justify the postponement of Acceptance by the Client. The Acceptance testing will result in the drafting of an Acceptance testing report, signed by the Parties. Nevertheless, it is agreed that in the absence of a response from the Client within eight (8) working days following reception of the Specific Development, the Acceptance shall be deemed tacitly declared. Any production launch of the Specific Development shall constitute approval and validation of the Acceptance testing.

SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT. The technology, which shall include a technical data packet, shall also include the development and manufacture of pneumatic and hydraulic generation modules that can be operated by each “half” engine. APS shall develop scaling for valves, injectors and overall displacement as well as developing load balancing and transfer switches for the generator systems.
SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT. (1) At the Subscriber’s request, Service Provider will, on a case-by-case basis, make enhancements to the VCC Live System, such as integration between VCC Live and the Subscriber’s system, changing a feature of VCC Live or, where applicable, developing a completely new feature, custom report. (2) Service Provider shall, after prior consultation with the Subscriber, make a written offer regarding the subject, deadline and price of the specific development. (3) If the expected working hours exceed 40 hours, the Parties shall agree on the conditions od the specific development in a separate agreement. (4) The development fee is charged after the development has been tested and accepted by the Subscriber. The Subscriber shall signa Certificate of Completion to confirm acceptance of the development prior to usage. (5) The Service Provider is free to use, further develop and make available to others the specific developments based on the copyright and usage rights stated in present GTA free of charge or as a paid service, and the Subscriber is not entitled to any business results and other fees resulting from them. The Service Provider undertakes to make the individual statements prepared for the Subscriber available only to the Subscriber's group of companies. (6) The Subscriber warrants that his/her individual development request does not infringe the copyrights and other rights of others and the Subscriber shall be fully liable to the Service Provider for any damages. (7) The Subscriber acknowledges that the availability and compensation rules of these GTA shall not apply to malfunctions and outages caused by the specific developments specified in this clause - except in the event that the Service Provider makes the development widely available.

  • Program Development NWESD agrees that priority in the development of new applications services by XXXXX shall be in accordance with the expressed direction of the XXXXX Board of Directors operating under their bylaws.

Where, by agreement between the employee and employer, an employee undertakes training providing skills, which are not a company specific requirement, any time spent in the completion of this training shall be unpaid.

  • Career Development The City and the Union agree that employee career growth can be beneficial to both the City and the affected employee. As such, consistent with training needs identified by the City and the financial resources appropriated therefore by the City, the City shall provide educational and training opportunities for employee career growth. Each employee shall be responsible for utilizing those training and educational opportunities made available by the City or other institutions for the self- development effort needed to achieve personal career goals.

  • Development Within twenty (20) Working Days after the Commencement Date and in accordance with paragraphs 3.10 to 3.12 (Amendment and Revision), the Contractor will prepare and deliver to the Authority for approval the full and final Security Plan which will be based on the draft Security Plan set out in Appendix B.
