Collocation Transfer of Responsibility Collocation Transfer of Responsibility is the transfer of a Collocation site from vacating CLEC (current CLEC leasing the space in the Premises) to an assuming CLEC. Collocation Transfer of Responsibility is available for Caged Physical Collocation, Cageless Physical Collocation, and Virtual Collocation. All other types of Collocation to be transferred will be handled on an Individual Case Basis (ICB). There are two (2) types of Collocation Transfer of Responsibility: 1)
Transfer Requests The Partnership agrees to use its Reasonable Best Efforts to promptly process, and to cause the Exchange Agent to promptly process, all sale or other transfer requests relating to the Contributor Units that are exempt from the registration requirements of the Securities Act.
NOTICE TO MEMBERS All notices to be given under the Agreement to the Members shall be given in writing and shall be deemed given: (i) when deposited in the mail to the address shown below of the Member entitled to receive notice, postage prepaid, registered or certified;
Transfer Cancellation Requests and Refused Transfers You may cancel a transfer at any time until it begins processing (as shown in the Service). We will, to the extent permitted by law, make reasonable attempts to return any unclaimed, refused, refunded, prohibited, or denied transfer to your Account that we debited for the funds transfer. If this is unsuccessful (for example, the Eligible Transaction Account has been closed) we will make reasonable attempts to otherwise return the funds to you.
Notice to Settlement Class Members 5.1 The Parties agree that the following Notice Program provides reasonable notice to the Settlement Class.
Collocation Transfer of Responsibility Without Working Circuits The Collocation is not serving any End User Customers and does not have active service terminations (e.g., Interconnection trunks or UNE Loops) or 2) Collocation Transfer of Responsibility With Working Circuits – The Collocation has active service terminations, such as Interconnection trunks or is serving End User Customers.
Withdrawing your consent If you decide to receive notices and disclosures from GSD electronically, you may at any time change your mind and inform GSD you want to receive required notices and disclosures only in paper format. Transfer to a safe job (a) Where an employee is pregnant and, in the opinion of a registered medical practitioner, illness or risks arising out of the pregnancy or hazards connected with the work assigned to the employee make it inadvisable for the employee to continue at her present work, the employee will, if the employer deems it practicable, be transferred to a safe job at the rate and on the conditions attaching to that job until the commencement of maternity leave.
