Common use of UNIT MEMBERSHIP LIST Clause in Contracts

UNIT MEMBERSHIP LIST. Management will provide the Association in writing, within ninety days from the effective date of this MOU and each ninety days thereafter, an alphabetized list of employees subject to this MOU, which shall include each employee's name, employee number, class title, and location by Division, as applicable.

Home addresses shall be provided within sixty (60) days from the effective date of this MOU and each ninety (90) days thereafter.
