UNIT MEMBERSHIP LIST. ‌ Management shall provide the Union, within thirty (30) calendar days from the effective date of this MOU and each thirty (30) calendar days thereafter, an alphabetized list of employees with the following information: 1. Name 2. Employee Identification Number 3. Original Hire Date 4. Bargaining Unit 5. Class Title 6. Class Code 7. Membership Status

UNIT MEMBERSHIP LIST. ‌ Management shall will provide the UnionUnion in writing and on electronic medium, within thirty (30) calendar days from the effective date of this MOU and each thirty (30) calendar days thereafter, an accurate and updated alphabetized list of employee names subject to this MOU, their employee number, class title, home address, primary phone number, union membership status, work location and assignment. The list shall also identify employees with not on the following information: 1. Name 2. Employee Identification Number 3. Original Hire Date 4. Bargaining Unit 5. Class Title 6. Class Code 7. Membership Statuspayroll and the reasons therefore.
