UNIT MEMBERSHIP LIST. Management will provide the Union in writing and on electronic medium, within thirty (30) calendar days from the effective date of this MOU and each thirty (30) calendar days thereafter, an accurate and updated alphabetized list of employee names subject to this MOU, their employee number, class title, home address, primary phone number, union membership status, work location and assignment.
