Common use of UNIT MEMBERSHIP LIST Clause in Contracts

UNIT MEMBERSHIP LIST. Management will provide Union in writing, within thirty (30) days from the effective date of this Memorandum of Understanding and each 30 days thereafter an alphabetized list of employees subject to this Memorandum of Understanding, of such employee's name, employee number, class title, class code, Union membership status, and location by department and division, as applicable. Home addresses shall be provided within 60 days from the effective date of this Memorandum of Understanding and each 90 days thereafter.
