Unit Price Method. Where payment is based on the unit price method, the CONTRACTOR agrees that he will make no claim for damages, anticipated profits or otherwise on account of any differences which may be found between the quantities of work actually done, the material actually furnished under this contract and the estimated quantities contemplated and contained in the bid; provided, however, that in case the actual quantity of any major item should become as much as twenty percent (20%) above or below the estimated or contemplated quantity for such items, then either party to this Agreement, upon demand, shall be entitled to a revised consideration for said work that differs from the estimated quantity.

The applicable unit price shall include reimbursement for all direct and indirect costs of the Work, including overhead and profit. 3. CONTRACTOR shall only be paid under this method for the actual quantity of materials incorporated in or removed from the Work and such quantities must be supported by field measurement statements verified by the AGENCY.
Unit Price Method. If the actual amount of work to be done and the materials to be furnished differ from estimates and where the basis for payment is the unit price method, then payment shall be for the actual amount of accepted work done and materials furnished on the Project.

  • Unit Price Unless the bidder clearly indicates that the price is based on consideration of being awarded the entire lot and that an adjustment to the price was made based on receiving the entire bid, any difference between the unit price correctly extended and the total price shown for all items shall be offered shall be resolved in favor of the unit price.

  • Measurement method An isolation resistance test instrument is connected between the live parts and the electrical chassis. The isolation resistance is subsequently measured by applying a DC voltage at least half of the working voltage of the high voltage bus. If the system has several voltage ranges (e.g. because of boost converter) in conductively connected circuit and some of the components cannot withstand the working voltage of the entire circuit, the isolation resistance between those components and the electrical chassis can be measured separately by applying at least half of their own working voltage with those components disconnected.
