UNIVERSITY OF VAASA REGULATIONS (for studies only)____. I accept the exchange study place offered to me  The International Office can publish my name in the list of students selected for an exchange  The sum of the study grant can be sent to me via e-mail  I have physical or mental factors that might influence my exchange and should be notified to the host university so that they would know about it and could make the necessary arrangements BY SIGNING THIS DOCUMENT: I give permission to the International Office to give my contact information to students going to the same destination. I allow the host university to inform the University of Vaasa on matters related to my exchange. I inform the University of Vaasa on matters related to my exchange and of any changes. I will study a minimum of 20 ECTS credits/semester at the host university and transfer them to my degree at the University of Vaasa immediately after the exchange. I understand that I will leave on the exchange on my free will and the University of Vaasa is not responsible for the events that might occur during the exchange and thus I cannot make any claims to the University relating to those. Return the required documents of the exchange. I accept that my grant can be recollected if I do not meet all the set requirements for the grant. I will participate in the course OPIS0095 Responsible and Goal-Oriented Exchange 2 Cr, at the University of Vaasa, consisting of the following sections: (dates & times announced later). Practical and Cultural orientation before the exchange - Responsible Exchange -lecture - Presentation video about the exchange destination - Learning diary - Returning required documents  I have read and understood the conditions of the travelling grant (the following page) and I agree to follow the rules and regulations. I accept that my study grant can be recollected if I do not meet all the set requirements for the grant. If the exchange studies are cancelled prior or during the period of exchange the student prepares to fully or partially return the study grant. If the student cancels the exchange or does not go on the exchange and does not notify the International office about this, the study grant will be recollected.

Contractor shall not be required to keep confidential any such material that is publicly available through no fault of Contractor, independently developed by Contractor without reliance on confidential information of the Authorized User, or otherwise obtained under the Freedom of Information Act or other applicable New York State laws and regulations. This warranty shall survive termination of this Contract. Contractor further agrees to take appropriate steps as to its agents, Subcontractors, officers, distributors, resellers or employees regarding the obligations arising under this clause to insure such confidentiality.
