Unlawful instructions. The Processor shall inform the Controller without undue delay if he assesses an instruction issued by the Controller to infringe the GDPR or other Union or Member State data protection provisions. The Processor is entitled to suspend the execution of the corresponding instruction until it is confirmed or amended by the Controller.
Unlawful instructions. The Processor will inform the Controller promptly, if it considers an instruction to be unlawful under the data protection legislation of the EU or applicable law of member states.
Unlawful instructions. In the event that the Customer instructs Daktela or uses the Services in such a way that a breach of obligations under the GDPR or other legislation occurs, and Daktela is sanctioned by a supervisory authority or other regulatory body on the basis of such instruction or use of the Services, or is required to compensate data subjects, the Customer agrees to compensate Daktela and pay for any damages incurred.
Unlawful instructions. The Data Processor shall immediately notify the Data Controller if, in its opinion, any instruction infringes this Regulation or other Union or Member State Data Protection provisions. Such notification will not constitute a general obligation on the part of the Data Processor to monitor or interpret the laws applicable to the Data Controller, and such notification will not constitute legal advice to the Data Controller.
Unlawful instructions. If the Customer instructs Product Fruits in such a way that a breach of obligations under the GDPR or other data protection laws occurs, and Product Fruits is sanctioned by a supervisory authority or other regulatory body on the basis of such instruction, or is required to compensate data subjects, the Customer agrees to compensate Product Fruits and pay for any damages incurred upon written notice by Product Fruits.
Unlawful instructions. If the Contractor is of the opinion that an instruction of the Client violates the data protection regulations of the EU or the member states, the Contractor shall inform the Client without undue delay.
Unlawful instructions. If the Controller issues any instruction to the Proces- sor which the Processor considers to be in breach of the GDPR or applicable EU or EU Member State data protection legislation (Clause 7(1)(b)), the Processor shall be entitled to suspend execution of such instruction until it is confirmed or amended by the Controller. This right is in addition to the right of termination provided for in Clause 10(c) of this Agreement.
