Unlawful Internet Gambling. The use of any account to conduct transactions (including, without limitation, the acceptance or receipt of funds through an electronic funds transfer, or by check, draft or similar instrument, or the proceeds of any of the foregoing) that are related, directly or indirectly, to unlawful Internet gambling is strictly prohibited.

Unlawful Internet Gambling. Restricted transactions are prohibited from being processed through your account with us as required by the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act of 2006 and Regulation GG. A restricted transaction is a transaction or transmittal involving any credit, funds, instrument, or proceeds in connection with the participation of another person in unlawful Internet gambling.
Unlawful Internet Gambling. Marijuana-Related Businesses, and Other Illegal or Prohibited Activities. You agree that you are not engaged in unlawful internet gambling, marijuana –related businesses, or any other illegal or prohibited activity. You agree that you will not use any of your account, access devices or services for unlawful internet gambling, marijuana- related businesses or other illegal or prohibited activities. We may terminate your account relationship if you engage in unlawful internet gambling, marijuana-related businesses, or other illegal or prohibited activities.
Unlawful Internet Gambling. Restricted transactions as defined in Federal Reserve Regulation GG are prohibited from being processed through this account or relationship. Restricted transactions generally include, but are not limited to, those in which credit, electronic funds transfers, checks, or drafts are knowingly accepted by gambling businesses in connection with the participation by other in unlawful internet gambling.
Unlawful Internet Gambling. Transactions Prohibited If you are a commercial member, you certify that you are not now engaged in and during the life of this Agreement will not engage in, any activity or business that is unlawful under the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act of 2006, 31 USC 5361, et seq., (the “UIGEA”). You may not use your Account or any other service we offer to receive any funds, transfer, credit, instrument or proceeds that arise out of a business that is unlawful under the UIGEA. You agree that if anyone asks us to process a transaction that we believe is restricted under the UIGEA, we may block the transaction and take any other action we deem to be reasonable under the UIGEA and this Agreement.
Unlawful Internet Gambling. In accordance with the requirements of Regulation GG, this notice is to inform commercial customers that restricted transactions are prohibited from being processed through their account(s) or relationship with our institution. Restricted transactions are transactions in which credit, electronic funds transfers, checks, drafts, or other proceeds are accepted in connection with unlawful Internet gambling.
Unlawful Internet Gambling. Restricted Transactions are prohibited from being processed through any Account or relationship with WaFd. In the event WaFd identifies a suspected Restricted Transaction, WaFd may deny services to the Company, close the Company’s Account, and prohibit future transactions. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event a Restricted Transaction is processed, the Company will be liable for the transaction.

Unlawful Internet Gambling. 1. This Agreement: This Agreement creates a legally binding service Agreement that governs your accounts and services with our credit union. It covers both your and the credit union’s rights and responsibilities. By applying for membership, opening or using an account, initiating or using a service, signing or otherwise validating, each of you, jointly and severally, agree to the terms and conditions in this Agreement, the Funds Availability Policy Disclosure, Truth-in-Savings Disclosure, Electronic Funds Transfer Agreement and Disclosure, Privacy Notice Disclosure, any account related disclosure accompanying this Agreement, the credit union's bylaws and policies, and any amendments or additions to these documents from time to time which collectively govern your membership and accounts. Please read and keep this Agreement so that you can refer to it anytime that you have a question about your membership. You may contact us at any time during normal business hours to obtain additional copies of this Agreement and you may find all of our disclosures anytime on our website at xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxxxxx. As an owner of this credit union, it is important that you read and follow the terms of this Agreement so that we can meet your account related services needs and in order for you to carry out your responsibilities and avoid any losses or liability. In this Agreement, the words “you” and “yours” means any account owner who has signed a membership document related to the account. The words “we”, “us”, and “our” mean Ascentra Credit Union. The word “account” means any one or more share or other account you have with the credit union. Definitions - Explanations:
Unlawful Internet Gambling. In accordance with Regulation GG (promulgated pursuant to the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act of 2006), you agree that by establishing an account with the Bank, you certify that: (i) you shall not conduct “restricted transactions” (as defined below) through any Bank account, (ii) you do not engage in unlawful internet gambling, and (iii) you agree to be bound by the terms of the Bank’s Deposit Agreement. A “restricted transaction” is a transaction or transmittal involving any credit, funds, instrument, or proceeds in connection with any person engaged in the business of betting or wagering or in participation with another person involving unlawful internet gambling. You acknowledge that the Bank may reject transactions we reasonably believe are tied to unlawful Internet gambling and, in addition, to restricting such transactions, the Bank in its sole discretion may elect to close any such account for which it has reasonable belief of such activity. You agree to hold us harmless with regard to any such actions conducted in good faith.

In accordance with the requirements of the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act of 2006 (UIGEA) and Federal Reserve Regulation GG, restricted transactions are prohibited from being processed through your business account. Restricted transactions generally include, but are not limited to, those in which a business accepts credit, electronic funds transfers, checks, or drafts from a person or business in connection with unlawful internet gambling.
