Access Devices. We may from time to time issue additional Account access devices (“Access Devices”). Access Devices may include, for example, special checks you may use to obtain cash advances or oral offers or written forms by which you may request balance transfers. Each Access Device must be in the form we issue and must be used according to the instructions we give you. We may refuse to process Access Devices received after any applicable expiration date. We will not return paid Access Devices to you. Access Devices may not be used to pay any amount owed to us or our affiliates. We will not certify any Access Device. You may not post-date any Access Device. We may refuse to process a post-dated Access Device or process it before the date on the Access Device.

Access Devices. We may adopt policies from time to time under which we may issue ATM Cards, Debit cards, personal identification numbers (PINs), log on id, passwords, or codes in connection with Online Banking, or other electronic access devices (collectively, the “access devices”) to persons designated by the Account Owner, at the Account Owner's request. You acknowledge and agree that the issuance of an access device, PIN, log on id, passwords, or codes in connection with a Business Account affords ready access to the Account by the person or persons authorized by the Account Owner, as well as other persons who are provided access to the access device, PIN, log on id, passwords, or codes or who otherwise obtain the access device, PIN, log on id, passwords, or codes whether by way of negligence, theft, collusion or otherwise. As a result, you acknowledge and agree that the Account Owner and the persons authorized by the Account Owner to receive an access device, PIN, log on id, passwords, or codes are solely responsible for their use and that we will not be liable for any loss resulting from the unauthorized use of the access device, PIN, log on id, passwords, or codes unless otherwise provided in any disclosures you may receive. Use of Biometrics / Fingerprints: Credit Union may provide access to your accounts and services through the use of fingerprints or other biometrics. You agree to the use of such biometrics, and will cooperate with the Credit Union in implementing any new technology. Biometric technologies may be used for authentication. A biometric identifier measures an individual’s unique physical characteristics and compares it to a stored digital template for authentication. A physical characteristic can be a thumbprint, fingerprint, facial recognition or iris pattern. A biometric identifier can be used as a single or multifactor process.
Access Devices. I/We agree to immediately notify the Credit Union if any Access Device to this account is compromised, lost or stolen. I further acknowledge that any device issued by the Credit Union for my/our use of this account is the property of the Credit Union and will be surrendered to the Credit Union upon demand.

We may refuse to issue an access device to any customer, and we may terminate, suspend or modify access device privileges, immediately and without cause or notice, unless otherwise required by law.

We may refuse to issue an Access Device to any customer, and terminate Access Device privileges, with or without notice, unless otherwise required by law.
Access Devices. Prior to your first use of Internet Online Banking, you will be issued an online banking login ID and a temporary personal identification number (PIN). The Online ID and PIN collectively are referred to as the "Access Devices". You will need the Access Devices to gain access to Internet Online Banking. Use of the Access Devices is the agreed security procedure between you and the Bank. Keep your Access Devices confidential in order to prevent unauthorized use and possible loss to your accounts, and to prevent unauthorized use of Internet Online Banking. Anyone to whom you give or disclose your Access Devices will have full access to your accounts, even if you attempt to limit that person’s authority. If you forget your ID or PIN, you must contact the Bank to have new temporary access devices issued to you. It may take several days before you receive these Access Devices.

Access Devices. Access by Consultant to Customer Information shall be solely through Wesbanco owned and configured separate devices, used solely for this purpose, with security procedures and controls established and maintained by Wesbanco. Consultant agrees to abide by the security procedures and controls established by Wesbanco for such devices for remote use in his home in the performance of his duties hereunder.
Access Devices. Sublandlord shall, it its sole cost and expense, (a) cause the existing security access system to be reprogrammed to allow for Subtenant's exclusive access to the Premises (except with regard to Subtenant's non-exclusive use of the shared kitchen area described in Section 4 hereof), and (b) furnish to Subtenant keys and/or cards providing access to (I) the Premises from the corridors or other common areas of the Building, (ii) the restrooms on the floor of the Building on which the Premises are located, and (iii) such shared kitchen area. Subtenant shall, at its sole cost and expense, be responsible for the cost of any future reprogramming requirements or changes to the security access system with respect to the Premises.
