Unleaded Automobile Fuel. A. Lessor shall make available to Lessee, at its discretion and without obligation, for purchase on account, unleaded fuel for the purpose of refueling and maintaining cars held for lease on the airport. Prices will be determined by the Lessor at their sole discretion and are subject to change at any time; however, Lessee will be given written notice of the implementation of any changes in price. X. Xxxxxx will maintain all records of purchases and invoice the same once per month on or before the tenth day of each month. Payment for each invoice of unleaded fuel charges shall be due and payable in full thirty days following the date of invoice. C. In addition to any other remedies for non-payment of fees and charges provided in this lease, in the event Lessee fails to make timely payment for unleaded fuel, Xxxxxx’s access and the access of all of lessee’s agents or employees to dispense fuel will be suspended until such time as Xxxxxx’s unleaded fuel account is paid in full, including all invoiced charges as of the date of payment and a fifty dollar reinstatement fee to reimburse Lessor for its labor involved in suspending and reinstating Xxxxxx’s access to the fuel delivery system. Lessor shall provide five (5) days advance notice to Lessee of suspension of access to the system in the event that Lessee has failed to submit payment within the required period. D. Upon written request of Lessee and payment of an additional monthly administrative fee to be established by Lessor, Lessor will provide to Lessee a written daily summary of all charge activity on Xxxxxx’s account. Said summaries will be provided to Lessee as soon as practicable after the end of each normal business day. E. Dispensing privileges for Lessee’s individual agents or employees will be initiated, maintained or terminated on written request of Xxxxxx’s ranking local representative only. F. In the event an agent or employee of Lessee, or anyone using the access media issued to such an individual at the request of Xxxxxx, misappropriates fuel, Xxxxxx shall remain responsible for the charges unless the airport had actual possession of written notice to suspend the function of the access media used, prior to the misappropriation.

  • Business Automobile Liability insurance with a combined Bodily Injury/Property Damage limit of not less than $1,000,000 each accident. The policy shall cover liability arising from the operation of licensed vehicles by policyholder.

  • Business Automobile Liability Contractor shall maintain, during the entire term of the contract, automobile liability insurance in an amount not less than five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000.00) per occurrence.

  • Business Automobile Liability Insurance Such insurance shall cover liability arising out of any automobile used in connection with performance under the Contract, including owned, leased, hired and non-owned automobiles bearing or, under the circumstances under which they are being used, required by the Motor Vehicles Laws of the State of New York to bear, license plates.

  • Automobile Liability $1,000,000 per accident for bodily injury and property damage.

  • Commercial Automobile Insurance If the Grantee’s duties include the use of a commercial vehicle, the Grantee shall maintain automobile liability, bodily injury, and property damage coverage. Insuring clauses for both bodily injury and property damage shall provide coverage on an occurrence basis. The Department, its employees, and officers shall be named as an additional insured on any automobile insurance policy. The minimum limits shall be as follows: $200,000/300,000 Automobile Liability for Company-Owned Vehicles, if applicable $200,000/300,000 Hired and Non-owned Automobile Liability Coverage

  • Comprehensive Automobile Liability Insurance for coverage of owned and non-owned and hired vehicles, trailers or semi-trailers designed for travel on public roads, with a minimum, combined single limit of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) per occurrence for bodily injury, including death, and property damage.

  • Automobile Liability Insurance Automobile Liability insurance covering bodily injury and property damage in an amount no less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) combined single limit for each occurrence. Covered vehicles shall include owned, non-owned, and hired automobiles/trucks.

  • Commercial Automobile Liability Insurance During the term of this Contract, Supplier will maintain insurance covering all owned, hired, and non-owned automobiles in limits of liability not less than indicated below.   • Automobile Insurance The contractor/consultant/service provider shall maintain a minimum of $1,000,000 per occurrence, $2,000,000 aggregate. COI must show “All Autos”.

  • Automobile The Company agrees to reimburse the Employee up to $750.00 per month, as such amount may be increased from time to time consistent with the Company’s reimbursement policy for the Senior Management of the Company to cover Employee’s expenses in connection with his leasing or ownership of an automobile. Additionally, the Company will pay for the gas used for business purposes. All maintenance and insurance expense for the automobile shall be the responsibility of the Employee.
