Changes in Price. During the term of this Agreement, Supplier agrees that the Product(s) Price will not be increased for a period of One (1) years. Thereafter, the Product Price increase if any, shall be negotiated in good faith.

The Price may change if: (a) there is a change in or implementation or interpretation of (1) law, rule, regulation, ordinance, statute, judicial decision, administrative order and the like; (2) material change in ERCOT or the Texas Reliability (“TRE”) operating guidelines or protocols, load zone boundary or hub definitions; (3) modification of or changes to TDU tariffs, riders or standard terms and conditions; (4) changes in programs including, but not limited to congestion, resource adequacy, and the like; or (5) electricity market structure, and any such change listed in (1)-(5) above results in Company incurring additional costs or expenses associated with providing the services described herein (“Change in Law”); or (b) if Customer terminates any Value-Added Services. Customer is also responsible for paying any nonrecurring fees and charges from the TDU including, but not limited to, fees and charges related to establishing, disconnecting, reconnecting, or maintaining electric service or equipment. Charges for Fees will be listed as a separate line item on the Customer’s xxxx.
Changes in Price. A COR shall include breakdowns per Paragraph 7.7 to validate any change in Contract Price due to proposed change or claim.

Changes in Price. (a) Packages - The prices shown are correct at the time of booking. We reserve the right to increase the price after booking if any increase in price occurs in respect of:
(i) air fares or other transport costs,
(ii) taxes or duties payable, including new taxes introduced by any government
(iii) adverse changes to currency exchange rates In all cases we will pay any increase which is less than 2% of your package holiday cost, not including insurance premiums or amendment fees but increases in excess of 2% will be payable by you. If the cost of your holiday increases by more than 10% you may decide to cancel the holiday and have a full refund except for the insurance premiums or amendment fees paid after booking. If you want to cancel you must tell us within 14 days of being advised of the increase. In return we will not change the cost of your holiday within eight weeks of departure. The only exception to this offer is in respect of any government imposed charge that may be introduced to provide consumer financial protection which we may be required to collect on behalf of the government.
Changes in Price. After one (1) year from the date Products are sold to Customer, Products shall be subject to change upon mutual agreement of the parties, but in no event shall such change become effective on less than thirty (30) or sixty (60) days prior written notice to Customer, as specified below in this Section 6.2. The parties recognize and agree that a significant portion of Supplier’s manufacturing costs for the Products are based on raw materials costs, and the balance thereof are based on operational or other costs. After notice and discussion between the Parties, Supplier may, in its discretion, request that it pass directly to Customer all price increases/decreases that Supplier experiences from time to time in the cost of the raw materials it uses in manufacturing the Products following thirty (30) days prior written notice. Supplier may, in its discretion, pass directly to Customer all price increases/decreases that Supplier experiences from time to time in the cost of operational or other expenses, provided, however, that such price increases/decreases (i) shall not exceed the increase/decrease, if any, in the United States Bureau of Labor Statistics’ Consumer Price Index for all urban consumers in the Upper Midwest Region; and (ii) shall be made only once per year following sixty (60) days prior written notice.
Changes in Price. Frappe reserves the right to, at any time, in its sole discretion, modify the price of any service offered by Frappe, or to require payment for any service that was previously provided by Frappe without any charge. Frappe shall notify such changes to Admins at least 30 days prior to the effective date of such change in price.
Changes in Price. JIA may change the Price for Covered Service anytime with thirty (30) days prior written notice to the Licensee. Licensee has the right to cancel this Agreement within thirty (30) days of receiving such notice with a written cancellation notice. JIA may not increase the service charges more often than annually. When additional licenses and or modules are purchased standard service charges will be calculated as of the date of purchase.
