Unloading of YFA. YFA Unloading Time is the period of time of two days that is allowed by the Operator for starting and completing mooring procedures, Unloading of YFA and the sailing off of YFA ships. A Day of Unloading any YFA Load is the first Day of Unloading Time. The Day of Unloading shall be determined in accordance with the procedure of Monthly Schedules for Unloading YFA Loads, in accordance with the provisions of article 11.18 of this Code. Seventy-two (72), forty-eight (48), twenty-four (24) and twelve (12) hours before the Scheduled Day of Unloading YFA, the YFA User shall inform the Operator about the expected time of arrival of the YFA ship. The YFA User shall submit to the Operator a Notice of Arrival at the time when the YFA User’s YFA ship will be at location in the sea area of the YFA Facility (pilot station) that has been prearranged by the Operator; the YFA User shall take care of all pending matters with the Port Authority. The method and procedure of communication between the Operator and the YFA ship of the YFA User, any technical matters regarding the approach of the YFA ship, the Connection and Disconnection with the YFA Facility, as well as any relevant detail required shall be defined in the “YFA Facility Procedures” Manual which will be drawn up by the Operator. After the safe mooring and connection of the YFA ship, the YFA User and the Operator shall co-sign a Notice of Readiness to Discharge. The Time of YFA Discharge shall be the period of time that will be expressed in hours which will intervene from the moment that a Notice of Readiness to Discharge is signed until the Discharge of the YFA Load is completed at the YFA Facility. If a User exceeds the Time of Unloading of YFA that he is allocated, the Operator shall have the right to impose on the YFA User a Charge for Exceeding the Unloading Time if: (a) The User is not affected by a Force Majeure incident and

  • Processing of Grievance It is recognized and accepted by the Union and the County that the processing of grievances as hereinafter provided is limited by the job duties and responsibilities of the employees and shall therefore be accomplished during normal working hours only when consistent with such employee duties and responsibilities. The aggrieved employee's representative, if an employee, shall be allowed a reasonable amount of time without loss in pay, to investigate a grievance, and present grievances to the County during normal working hours provided the employee and the employee representative have notified the designated supervisor.

  • PRICING OF After Hours Coefficient What is your after hours coefficient for the RS Means Price Book for work performed after normal working hours? Remember that this is a ceiling price proposed. You can discount to any TIPS Member customer a lower coefficient than your proposed contract coefficient, but not higher.   • Felling of trees The Authority shall assist the Concessionaire in obtaining the Applicable Permits for felling of trees to be identified by the Authority for this purpose if and only if such trees cause a material adverse effect on the construction, operation or maintenance of the Bus Terminal. The cost of such felling shall be borne by the Authority, and in the event of any delay in felling thereof for reasons beyond the control of the Concessionaire, it shall be excused for failure to perform any of its obligations hereunder if such failure is a direct consequence of delay in the felling of trees. For the avoidance of doubt, the Parties hereto agree that the felled trees shall be deemed to be owned by the Authority and shall be disposed in such manner and subject to such conditions as the Authority may in its sole discretion deem appropriate.
