In addition, and notwithstanding any provisions elsewhere herein to the contrary, camerapersons engaged for a week or more on out of town government work shall receive no pay for any Saturdays or Sundays on which no work or travel is done, but they shall be entitled to receive their meal and hotel allowances for such days.
