Common use of Unpaid Lunch Clause in Contracts

Unpaid Lunch. ‌ Custodial employees shall be permitted to leave premises during any unpaid lunch break provided custodians remain on site in sufficient numbers to ensure operation of the facility, and there is at least one custodian on duty at all times.
