Common use of Unpaid Lunch Clause in Contracts

Unpaid Lunch. Each employee who works at least six (6) hours or more per day shall receive an uninterrupted lunch period of one-half (1/2) hour scheduled as close as possible to the halfway point of the workday or at a time mutually agreeable to the employee and his/her supervisor.

Unpaid Lunch.
