  • Inappropriate Conduct You shall not use the Service or the Device in any way that is threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, deceptive, fraudulent, invasive of another's privacy, or any similar behavior. We reserve the right to immediately terminate your Service if, in our sole and absolute discretion, we determine that you have used the Service or the Device in any of the aforementioned ways. In the event of such termination, you will be responsible for the full month's charges to the end of the current term, including, without limitation, unbilled charges, plus a termination fee, if applicable, all of which will become immediately due and payable upon termination of your Service. If we believe that you have used the Service or the Device in any of the aforementioned ways, we may forward the relevant communication and other information, including your identity, to the appropriate authorities for investigation and prosecution. You hereby consent to our forwarding of any such communications and information to these authorities. In addition, VoIP Systems USA will provide information in response to law enforcement requests, subpoenas, court orders, to protect it's rights and property and in the case where failure to disclose the information may lead to imminent harm to the customer or others.

  • Dangerous Goods, Special Wastes, Pesticides and Harmful Substances Where employees are required to work with or are exposed to any dangerous good, special waste, pesticide or harmful substance, the Employer shall ensure that the employees are adequately trained in the identification, safe handling, use, storage, and/or disposal of same.

  • Excessive absenteeism The parties recognize that every employee has a duty to be reliably present at work, and that failure to confine sick leave usage to accrued and available sick leave raises the possibility of discipline for excessive absenteeism. Such cases, however, are subject to just cause review and require systematic examination of relevant factors, including but not limited to:

  • Appropriate Technical and Organizational Measures SAP has implemented and will apply the technical and organizational measures set forth in Appendix 2.   • Displacements Employees displaced for one of the reasons (1-9) listed in 9.4 will be placed on a "displaced list". Employees on the displaced list will be placed before new hires are appointed provided there are qualified employees on the displaced list for the vacant position. Effort will be made to identify and place involuntarily transferred employees within a radius no more than the current distance they drive to work or 25 miles, whichever is greater.   • Geological and Archeological Specimens If, during the execution of the Work, the Contractor, any Subcontractor, or any servant, employee, or agent of either should uncover any valuable material or materials, such as, but not limited to, treasure trove, geological specimens, archival material, archeological specimens, or ore, the Contractor acknowledges that title to the foregoing is vested in the Owner. The Contractor shall notify the Owner upon the discovery of any of the foregoing, shall take reasonable steps to safeguard it, and seek further instruction from the Design Professional. Any additional cost incurred by the Contractor shall be addressed under the provision for changed conditions.   • Physical Safeguards USAC and the Department agree to maintain all automated matching records in a secured computer environment that includes the use of authorized access codes to restrict access. Those records will be maintained under conditions that restrict access to persons who need them for official duties related to the matching process. The user’s supervisor will ensure that USAC or the Department are notified when a user has departed or duties have changed so the user no longer needs access to the system, to ensure timely deletion of the user’s account and password.

  • Chemical Substances Supplier warrants that: (i) each chemical substance contained in Products is on the inventory of chemical substances compiled and published by the Environmental Protection Agency pursuant to the Toxic Substances Control Act and (ii) all Material Safety Data Sheets required to be provided by Supplier for Products shall be provided to DXC prior to shipment of the Products and shall be complete and accurate.

  • Dangerous Materials Tenant shall not keep or have on the Premises any article or thing of a dangerous, flammable, or explosive character that might substantially increase the danger of fire on the Premises, or that might be considered hazardous by a responsible insurance company, unless the prior written consent of Landlord is obtained and proof of adequate insurance protection is provided by Tenant to Landlord.
