Unsafe or Hazardous Working Conditions. Bargaining Unit Members shall not be required to work under unsafe or hazardous conditions or to perform tasks which endanger their health, safety, or well-being. If the Employee becomes aware of a potentially unsafe or hazardous condition, the Employee shall report this situation to his/her immediate appropriate administrator, who shall promptly investigate.
