Unscheduled Annual Leave. EMPLOYEES may be granted individual, unscheduled, annual days on a first come, first serve basis and seniority basis. Approval of requests for leave shall be granted between 7 days and the start of said leave, the Battalion Chiefs shall act on this request at their earliest convenience.
