UNSCHEDULED CALL BACK. A. In the event an employee is called back for unscheduled work outside of his/her regular workday or workweek, compensation will be based on a minimum of one-half (½) day’s pay per day at the applicable rate of pay. This Section shall be limited to a specific assignment where broken time is involved. In no event shall an employee be eligible for both stand-by and call back compensation for the same hours. B. The understanding of the parties signing off this Section is that the change to existing language which provides that “a minimum of one- half (½) day’s pay per day” shall be paid is inserted to accommodate the five (5) and four (4) day workweek.
