Common use of Unscheduled Shutdown Clause in Contracts

Unscheduled Shutdown. If a shutdown of the System occurs that is not scheduled, Licensee shall provide notice to Trustees as soon as possible. For any shutdown which duration exceeds twenty-four (24) hours, Licensee shall be required to notify Trustees of the cause and time of expected resumption of operation of the System.
