Unsuitable job. The employer may at his request grant an employee an honourable discharge if during the period that he is entitled to a benefit by virtue of the BWAZ, the RBWAZ or the BWUMC the employee has started working in a job offered to him and within a period of one year after starting in that job it proves to be unsuitable for him.
