UNUSUAL CIRCUMSTANCES EMPLOYMENT. 21.1 Under normal circumstances, G4S will utilise escort officers to fulfil its contractual obligations. In extreme situations, where G4S requires the use of non-escort officers to conduct duties normally performed by an Escort Officer, G4S will notify a member of the Joint Consultative Committee of its intent. Any non- Escort Officer utilised for this work will be required to have completed the Custodial Officer training as a minimum.
